Our helmets are primarily designed as collector’s items and for casual motorsport use. They are not officially certified or homologated (approved) by FIA/Snell/DOT for professional racing or road use. However, they are built using high-quality materials similar to real racing helmets. This means they can be used for non-competitive motorsport activities that do not require an approved helmet
Yes, we do offer special pricing if you’re interested in ordering multiple helmets. If you’re, say, a racing team, a sports bar wanting decor, or just a collector buying in quantity, please reach out to us with the details of what you need. Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes when ordering? Depending on your country, import fees may apply when you receive your helmet. Since we ship from outside your country, your local customs office might impose import duties, VAT/GST, or handling fees on the item. Any such customs taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for some reason you’re not satisfied, you may return the helmet within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us immediately (within the 14-day window) and let us know what the issue is. As long as the helmet is in its original condition (unused, undamaged) and you include all original items, we will process a full refund of the price you paid for the item. We do ask that you carefully pack the helmet for the return to avoid any damage. Once we get it back and verify its condition, we’ll issue your refund promptly. A few notes: If the return is due to our error or a defect, we will cover the return shipping cost and you won’t be charged any fees. If the return is because you changed your mind or it didn’t meet your expectations, you’ll need to cover the return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees in most cases (no hidden fees), except if the helmet has been handled in a way that requires refurbishment – that’s rare. Also, custom-made helmets (with personalized names or custom designs) are generally not returnable unless they arrived damaged or not as ordered, because those are made specifically for you. We will always work with you to find a satisfactory solution – whether that’s an exchange, a fix, or a return.
Yes! We specialize in custom designs. Many of our helmets can be personalized or tweaked to your preference. For example, we can add your name, change or remove logos, alter the color scheme, or add a custom graphic to a helmet. Please reach us at hello@123helmets.com for more informations.
