At 123Helmets, every helmet is individually handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Below is a clear outline of how orders are processed and how shipping is handled.
1. Order Processing
1.1 Handcrafted Production
All helmets are made to order and require time to produce.
Each piece undergoes detailed handcrafting, painting, and finishing.
1.2 Processing & Dispatch Time
- Ready for dispatch in: 3–5 weeks
- Production timelines may vary per model or during high-demand periods.
1.3 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive:
- A confirmation email
- Your order details
- Your payment receipt
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
1.4 Order Changes
Changes to your order (model, size, delivery details) are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
2. Shipping Information
2.1 Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer:
- Worldwide Tracked Free Shipping on all orders
- No minimum purchase required
2.2 Tracking Details
Once your helmet is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A link to monitor your shipment in real time
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
2.3 Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on location:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–18 business days
- UK: 7–14 business days
- Australia & Asia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 12–25 business days
These are estimates based on standard courier timelines.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some countries may charge import taxes, customs fees, or VAT upon arrival.
These charges are:
- Not controlled by us
- Paid by the customer
- Based on local regulations
We label all shipments accurately to help minimize delays or fees.
4. Shipping Delays
While most orders arrive on time, delays may occur due to:

5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or stuck:

In cases where a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:
