Enter your Order ID and the billing email from your confirmation to see your current order status and tracking details. Carrier updates typically appear 24 to 48 hours after dispatch, once the first scan is recorded.

Before you look up your order
Quick checklist
- Use the same billing email you entered at checkout.
- Type your Order ID with or without the # symbol.
- International deliveries may show fewer scans while in transit and customs.
- If nothing loads yet, wait 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan.
Where to find your Order ID
- Order confirmation email — the subject line usually includes #XXXX.
- Order received page shown right after checkout.
- My Account → Orders if you created an account during purchase.
What the statuses mean
Standard delivery
- Picked up
- The carrier received your parcel and completed the first scan.
- In transit
- Your parcel is moving through the carrier network. International routes may show fewer scans.
- Out for delivery
- Delivery is scheduled for today. Check that your address and phone number are correct.
- Delivered
- Check reception, safe places and neighbours. If still missing, contact support with your Order ID.
Statuses that cause questions
- Label created
- The label exists but the carrier has not scanned the parcel yet. The first scan normally appears within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
- Customs hold
- Common on international deliveries. Customs checks can pause updates for 24 to 72 hours, sometimes longer.
- Exception
- An issue needs attention — address, failed attempt, weather. Contact us with your Order ID so we can help quickly.
Common questions
My tracking shows "Label created" — has my order shipped?
The label has been generated, but the carrier has not scanned the parcel yet. The first scan usually appears within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
I entered my Order ID and email but the order is not found.
Double-check the billing email you used at checkout. You can also try entering your Order ID without the # symbol.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Gaps between updates are normal on international routes, during customs processing, or between carrier hub scans.
My order says "Delivered" but I did not receive it.
Check reception, safe places and neighbours first. If the parcel is still missing, contact support with your Order ID and delivery address and we will investigate.
There is a customs hold — what should I do?
Most customs holds resolve on their own. If the status has not changed after 72 hours, contact support with your Order ID.
Can I track without an Order ID?
For privacy, tracking requires your Order ID plus the billing email used at checkout. If you cannot find your Order ID, contact us and we will help you retrieve it.
