Charles Leclerc 2026 Monza GP F1 replica helmet
The Charles Leclerc 2026 Monza GP F1 replica helmet is a full-size 1:1 display/collector replica of the one-off design Ferrari revealed on 4 September 2026 for its home Grand Prix at Monza — a helmet built as a tribute to Michael Schumacher, thirty years after the German joined the Scuderia.
The shell sits on Ferrari red and carries seven stars scattered across the crown, one for each of Schumacher’s seven drivers’ titles, set over a fine grid of white pinstriping. The Ferrari shield sits high above the visor opening, framed by the white band that runs back from the aperture and carries the HP mark at its centre.
On each side, the race number 16 is drawn as a heavy black-outlined numeral on white, bleeding into an amber-to-yellow gradient that wraps the lower rear of the shell. That yellow section, carrying the Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% mark, is the one clear break from the red — a nod to the gold and yellow Leclerc has used across his personal designs.
The rear panel is where the design turns personal. “MONZA 2026” is lettered in gold above a slim green stripe, and two inscriptions sit low on the shell: “PAPA” on one side and “JULES” on the other, the tributes Leclerc has carried on his helmets for years. Partner marks — UniCredit, Bitdefender, IBM, Richard Mille, VistaJet, Riva, ZYN, Shell V-Power and BingX — are laid into the white bands and the lower shell rather than scattered across the red.
The design is the work of Adrien Paviot, the designer behind Leclerc’s helmets for several seasons, and Ferrari showed the finished shell in a studio reveal on the Thursday of the Monza weekend. It belongs to a wider Schumacher commemoration that also brought a special livery for the SF-26 and dedicated race suits for both drivers.
Reproduced at full size, the star pattern across the crown, the black-outlined 16, the yellow rear section, the gold Monza lettering and the PAPA and JULES inscriptions all read from normal viewing distance — the details that make this a one-weekend design rather than a variation on his season shell.
As a full-size 1:1 replica, this helmet is a display and collection object — a shelf, cabinet or desk centrepiece for a Leclerc or Ferrari collection, and a keepsake of the 2026 Italian Grand Prix and of Ferrari’s Schumacher anniversary. Its focus is entirely visual: finish, colourway, proportions and display presence.
This design is offered as a pre-order. Because it is a just-revealed helmet, the photographs show the original racing helmet for reference; your replica is produced to reproduce that livery and design, and is made to order following your purchase.
Monza, Ferrari and the Schumacher anniversary
Monza is the race Ferrari treats as its own. The Autodromo Nazionale has hosted the Italian Grand Prix almost without interruption since the championship began, and the grandstands above the Parabolica turn red every September. A one-off helmet for that weekend is not a routine livery change — it is a design made to be photographed in front of the tifosi.
The 2026 edition carries a specific anniversary. Michael Schumacher joined Ferrari in 1996, thirty years before this race, and won five Italian Grands Prix in red — in 1996, 1998, 2000, 2003 and 2006. The seven stars on the crown count his seven drivers’ titles rather than those Monza wins, which is why they sit apart from the rest of the graphics, scattered over the pinstripe grid instead of lined up in a row.
Ferrari built the commemoration across the whole weekend: a glossy red SF-26 with a white rear wing and black detailing recalling the F310 of Schumacher’s first season, dedicated race suits for both drivers, and team clothing for the Sunday. Leclerc’s helmet is the piece of that package closest to the driver, and the one collectors tend to want.
Displaying this design
The livery rewards a position where more than one face is visible. The crown carries the stars, the sides carry the number and the gradient, and the rear holds the Monza lettering with the two inscriptions — three different readings of the same shell. On an open shelf or in a glass cabinet, a three-quarter angle shows the star pattern and the 16 at the same time, which is the view most photographs of the design use.
Red is also unusually easy to place. Against dark wood or a black cabinet interior the shell reads as a single block of colour at distance, with the white pinstriping and the amber rear only resolving up close — the same effect the design has on track.
