Common tracking statuses (explained)
Standard delivery statuses
- Picked up
- The carrier received your parcel and completed the first scan.
- In transit
- Your parcel is moving through the carrier network. International routes may show fewer scans.
- Out for delivery
- Delivery is scheduled for today. Ensure your address and phone number are correct.
- Delivered
- Check reception, safe places, and neighbours. If still missing, contact support with your Order ID.
Statuses that cause questions
- Label created
- The label exists, but the carrier hasn’t scanned the parcel yet. First scan typically appears within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
- Customs hold
- Normal for international deliveries. Customs checks can pause updates for 24–72 hours (sometimes longer).
- Exception
- An issue needs attention (address, failed attempt, weather, etc.). Contact us with your Order ID so we can help quickly.
FAQ
My tracking shows “Label created”. Is my order shipped?
It usually means the label is generated, but the parcel hasn’t been scanned yet. The first scan often appears within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
I entered my Order ID and email but the order is not found.
Please verify the billing email used at checkout. Also try entering the Order ID without the “#”.
Why is tracking not updating?
Gaps between updates can be normal on international routes, during customs processing, or between hub scans.
My order says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Check reception/safe places/neighbours first. Then contact support with your Order ID and delivery address—we’ll help investigate.
Customs hold: what should I do?
Most customs holds resolve automatically. If it stays unchanged beyond 72 hours, contact support with your Order ID.
Can I track without an Order ID?
For privacy and security, tracking uses Order ID + billing email. If you can’t find it, contact support and we’ll help.
